Charming and elegant, these white miniature top hats are perfect for your Cosplay, EGL and PinUp needs. Made of lightweight yet stiff black felt, the hats are adorned with soft satin ribbon bows and sprigs of feathers, as well as other embellishments such as roses, gems and pearl strands.
The white hats measure 5 1/2" in length.
I craft each item by hand, so small variations in embellishments will occur per order, but I promise that each hat will be pleasing and to your satisfaction.
