Charming and elegant, these miniature top hats are perfect for your Cosplay, EGL, Steampunk and PinUp needs. Made of lightweight yet stiff black felt, the hats are adorned with soft satin ribbon bows and sprigs of feathers, as well as other embellishments such as roses, gems and pearl strands.
My hats come in three sizes, small (4 1/2" length), medium (5 1/2" length), and large ().
This listing is for the LARGE size.
I craft each item by hand, so small variations in embellishments will occur per order, but I promise that each hat will be pleasing and to your satisfaction.
The hats tie around the front or the back (see photos) with long satin ribbons.
